Military incapable enemy resorts to psychological war

November 4, 2024 - 22:3

TEHRAN - In a note, Kayhan addressed the hybrid warfare that the enemy has launched against Iran.

It wrote: Our country is facing two types of war; the first one is among the possibilities and is not definite, but the second one is a reality. In a war, military offensive and defense are very important, and preparations and initiatives should be constantly added and operations should be carried out at the right time. But the more important war is when the enemies try to disrupt the Islamic Republic's calculations through proxy networks and frighten the Iranian people with media (psychological, economic, and political) pressure, and turn the system's popular authority into a weakness. If the enemy had been capable of an effective military war, it would not have repeatedly threatened to attack in the past few decades, and it would not have looked helpless as Iran is becoming stronger day by day. The fact is that our country has become very powerful in manufacturing military equipment to the extent that the world’s military powers are seeking to benefit from Iran's advanced weapons. In contrast to military threats, hybrid warfare is seriously pursued by the enemy and its plot actors.

Vatan-e-Emrooz: The enemy is looking for an opportunity
In an analysis, Vatan-e-Emrooz dealt with the enemy's techniques in hybrid warfare and said: Few people deny the link between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the resistance movements in the regional countries, but the enemies have well understood that as long as there is a strong official political actor like Iran, it is not easy to deal with the anti-imperialist movements that have turned West Asia into the most important political-security headache for America. Engaging Iran and removing the issue of war from the priorities of Iran's government is prominently on the agenda so that other groups get secluded. And by being in a strategic panic, they become inactive regarding their capabilities and possibilities. In the current situation, there is maximum popular support for the system's decision to deal with the Zionist regime’s evils. This popular support has been targeted by the enemy in various ways, including instilling fear among the people, seeking to cause a rift in the society, etc. In fact, they seek to turn social issues and public dissatisfaction into security issues.

Jam-e-Jam: A “road map” to deal with arrogance
In an explanation, Jam-e-Jam discussed Iran's approach towards the Zionist regime and wrote: On Aban 13th (the November 3rd that marks the U.S. embassy seizure in Tehran in 1979), the Leader of the Islamic Revolution emphasized in a meeting with students: “The continuation of the movement of the Iranian nation in confronting arrogance requires science, thinking, technology and a road map. The problem is to deal with international oppression.” The fight against arrogance is rooted in the (Western) humiliation of nations. Years of economic, military, and cultural domination of the Iranian nation by the U.S. led to the formation of anti-arrogance in the country. This campaign is unwavering and based on the rich Iranian Islamic culture and will continue as long as the current of arrogance persists. On the other hand, the road map, in a general definition, includes ideals, goals, strategies, and methods that are planned to achieve a goal. Fighting global arrogance is a process that leads to a goal called “human happiness”. Global arrogance is afraid of the formation of a new order in the region and the world and is worried about the collapse of the civilization that has been propagated and promoted for years as the end of history.

Farhikhtegan: Iran sanctions rank first in the world in terms of intensity
The cruel sanctions of the United States are not only limited to Iran and a few countries. It has imposed more than 34,000 sanctions on 26 countries, Farhikhtegan wrote. Upon the victory of the Iranian Islamic Revolution, the United States of America adopted the first hostile measures and cruel sanctions against the people of Iran and the revolutionary government. Experts say the reason that sanctions on Iran rank first in the world in terms of intensity is that in a country like Russia the official foreign payment system still works, while it has been completely cut off from Iran. The sanctions on Iran include industries, companies, banks, insurance, shipping, aviation, railway system, and in a word, the whole economy. Experts have warned the United States that "the weaponization of the dollar against countries" can create an alliance of countries to de-dollarize; an alliance similar to what Russia and China created to exclude the dollar from bilateral trade.
